If that newly assigned date is also canceled, the full license fee is due at the time of the cancellation. The TCC will apply any pre-payments to the future event. The TCC hereby agrees that the client may re-book /reschedule the canceled meeting/event within one year of the original event date. All non- refundable deposits paid shall be applied thereto.

In the event client cancels a TCC contract prior to or during its event, except for reasons set forth in in TCC contract, client must pay TCC a sum equal to contract fee plus all accrued ancillary service charges, agreeing that the same is a fair approximation of the advertising, clean-up, and legal charges to be incurred by client in consequence of such cancellation.
